Maddy and Charlotte are the youngest ever contestants in history to appear and win The Block.
Maddy and Charlotte have both worked in multiple jobs growing up, babysitting, tutoring, doing shifts at McDonald’s and piano teaching to make and save money studying at university. Once they graduated, they went straight to work in accounting.
But they soon realised they didn’t want to be stuck at a desk, so they kept working multiple jobs and saved up enough money to buy their first house, a shack in Newcastle, when they were 21 and 19 respectively.
Since winning The Block the girls have bought yet another investment property and are currently in the process of renovating it.
Maddy and Charlotte were both Fan favourites on The Block due to their down to earth and humble nature.
